Project Overview 

• The project is aimed to combine your home comfort with the luxury service apartment concept at the very hearth of Istanbul.
• The apartments of the project has been designed in 3 distinct styles as Natural, Retro and Grunge inspired by the idea to support our customers individuality by offering them different interior decoration options emphasizing spacious and comfortable living spaces.
• Natural: A bright and positive mood inspired by the nature itself. Light and pastel colors are used choosing the original and natural things over the man-made and artificial things. The combination of natural shades of wood and fabrics’ natural softness with a calm and bright style that serves well to our inner peace.
• Retro: Wisdom that comes along with the past and strong connection with the future results in a positive inner space. The irreplaceable colors and geometrical figures of the 60s and 70s combined with the modernism of today and future. An entertaining, playful and still modernist theme ; the shades of the wood turned red in compliance with the period and fabrics with soft geometrical figures.
• Grunge: A striking and emotional style. Dark colors with contrast of bright and matt colors; glass-mirror; leather-veltet fabric; metals and dark colored natural marble combinations assertive and charismatic atmosphere emphasizes the contrasts such as soft-hard, warm-cold and bright-shady. Whereas the lines of furniture and objects are as simple as possible.
• 1+1, 2+1 apartments, meeting rooms, fitness center and spa have been prepared with the most modern up to date infrastructure and equipment.
• All apartments are equipped with Samsung 3D HD LED TV units, complete set of Siemens white goods, Dunlopillo beds, custom designed furnitures and Interactive IP TV systems as well as fiber wireless internet service.
