Project Overview 

• This project provides affordable housing in the city center for thousands of people.
• The project was built on 17.000 sqare meter land area. It consistes of 4 blocks; each block has 30 floors with total 920 apartments and shops. 
• The project introduces a Foldhome system, in which any room that does not fit into a house can be folded and added to your home when you want.
• The Foldhome system, which creates rooms that don’t fit into one house and are too large to be contained in ordinary sites, is an architectural approach that provides the features of a 5,000 m2 house. Foldhome system includes Playstation Room, Private Cinema, Music Room, Fitness Room, Meeting Room and others.
